• mientus does not accept deliveries to PO Boxes.
• The right of withdrawal only applies to orders within the European Union.

Packing & Shipping

• We process and dispatch orders from Monday to Friday between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m..
• Your order will be carefully packed in fine tissue paper and environmentally friendly in a sturdy box, sealed with black mientus tape.
• Jackets and coats we ship with hangers in the mientus garment bag.

Shipment Tracking

• As soon as your order is ready for pick-up, you will receive an email from UPS / DHL with your tracking number.
• Please check your spams too, if you cannot find a message in your inbox.
• The shipment status you can check after one or two hours via the link in your shipping confirmation, or with your tracking number on www.ups.com or www.dhl.de. 
  
  

Delivery

• Please check the package for any damage. If the box or the mientus tape is no longer completely intact, or if there are signs that the package has already been opened, please refuse to accept it.
• If there are any problems with the delivery please contact our customer service with your order number by email at onlinestore@mientus.com.
