Returns
If you are not satisfied with the ordered goods or they do not fit, you can revoke the purchase contract within 14 days.
Returns from Germany:
- If you are returning from Germany, please visit our Returns Portal.
- There, within the return period, you can create a DHL return label with a QR code using your postal code and order number. You can drop off the package for free and insured at any DHL branch.
- You will also receive the return label and all information about your return by email.
Condition for Refund
- Please ensure that we can only accept products that are unworn and in perfect condition and returned within the return period.
- Our mientus seal and specific spare parts, as well as product packaging (e.g., buttons, shoe boxes, etc.), must be intact.
Returns from the EU
- For orders from European Union countries, please send your revocation by email to retoure@mientus.com, or use the Revocation Form.
- To ensure quick processing of your revocation, we need your name, order number, and the items you wish to return.
- For orders from the European Union, unfortunately, we cannot cover the costs of return shipping.
- Please return the goods at your own expense using a shipping service provider of your choice within 14 days to the following address:

The Right of Revocation Does Not Apply to Distance Contracts
- For the delivery of goods made according to customer specifications or ordered at the customer's request from the manufacturer, or clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer.
- For delivery outside of the European Union.
- Revocation Notice according to §312g
Refund
- If you use our free return service with DHL within Germany, you can check at www.dhl.de with your tracking number to see if your return has already arrived with us.
- After verifying the proper condition of the goods and labels, as well as the mientus seal, your refund for the value of goods will be processed within 10 days to the account from which the payment was received.
- If you made your purchase using a voucher code, the refund will be for the actual amount paid, which was billed to you after applying the voucher code.
