We will deliver your order within a few days with our partners UPS or DHL. Self-collection is not possible due to logistical and payment reasons.

Packaging & Shipping
- We process and ship your order from Monday to Friday between 10 am and 7 pm.
- Your order will be carefully packed in fine tissue paper and environmentally friendly in a sturdy cardboard box, sealed with black mientus tape.
- Jackets and coats are shipped with a hanger in the mientus garment bag.
Shipment Tracking
- Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email notification from UPS or DHL with the tracking number of your package.
- Please also check your spam folders if you cannot find the message in your inbox.
- You can check the shipment status one to two hours after receiving the shipping notification through the link in your shipping notification or with your tracking number on www.ups.com/de or www.dhl.de.
Delivery Change
- Register for your DHL Preferred Delivery: DHL Preferred Delivery is a service offering for your individual package receipt. For example, use the drop-off location or a parcel station if you are not at home. Your shipments will be delivered as you wish.
- Register with UPS My Choice: Take advantage of the extensive UPS service and register for free with UPS My Choice. In your account, you can change a delivery address or redirect your shipment to a UPS Access Point® location. You will also receive an estimated time window for delivery.
Delivery
- Please check the packaging for any damage upon receipt of the package.
- If the box or package tape is not completely intact, or if there are signs that the package has already been opened, please refuse acceptance.
- After opening the package, please check all ordered products for any defects.
- Remove tags and mientus seal only if you want to keep the product after trying it on.
