  • Now you will see a confirmation above the product´s picture
  • You are able to see the content and the total price of your shopping cart while continue shopping
  • Click “Edit shopping cart“ to see your basket and start your order.
  • In the shopping cart you get an overview of your product selection and can edit it.
  • If you have a voucher code, select "I have a voucher" and enter the code in the appropriate box. With a click on the arrow the voucher is activated!
  • Now you can proceed to checkout, or choose the PayPal Express Checkout.

How to place an order

Our order process is divided into five simple steps and takes no longer than 2 minutes. Please place your products in the shopping cart and then click on the button "Proceed to checkout".

1. Registration / Login

In the login area, you decide whether you want to register with us in the shop or not. If you register you benefit from the following options:

Once you have registered with us, you can always log in with your e-mail address and password and complete your purchase. If you want to register as a guest, please fill in the required fields and click on "Continue".

2. Choose payment method

Via PayPal Plus you have the options to pay with PayPal (with account), EC direct debit or VISA / MasterCard (without account). Further options are KLARNA and VISA, MasterCard, American Express and JCB via PayEngine.

  • PayPal: With the online payment service PayPal, you can easily pay quickly and securely. Once you have a PayPal account, you only pay with two clicks with your e-mail address and password. Before you checkout you have an overview of your personal details:

4. Payment process

Return and exchange policy

EU consumers have a 14-day withdrawal. If you want to return the ordered goods then you can send them back to us within 14 days.

  • please register your withdrawal via e-mail at or use the withdrawal form
  • tell us your order number and name, as well as the items you want to return
  • we will process your request as soon as possible and send you all further information regarding your return
  • for returns within Germany we send you a cost-free DHL return label
  • for orders from other countries inside the EU please return the goods at your own expense with a shipping service of your choice within 14 days to the following address:

Requirement for the refund

  • the products you return must be in a new, unused and unworn condition with all the original packaging
  • our mientus seal and special spare parts, as well as product packaging (such as buttons, shoe box, etc.) must be intact
  • garment tags must still be attached on all returned items
  • proper and safe repackaging of the parcel before shipment is a prerequisite for the acceptance of your return


Refund & Exchange

  • with your tracking number you can check if your return has already arrived.
  • after checking the goods, labels and boxes, as well as the mientus seal, the refund will be made to your payment account within 14 days.
