HOLUBAR was founded in 1947 in Colorado by the couple Alice and Roy Holubar. Both loved mountaineering and set themselves the goal of developing functional and quality equipment. The brand quickly demonstrated presence in the US market, known for its ability to combine technical excellence with a contemporary look. This made HOLUBAR one of the best outdoor brands in North America in the 1960s and 70s. Today, HOLUBAR designs many innovative products under Italian leadership based on designs from the original archives.
