Edit your shopping cart

  • Select the size of your item of choice and click “add to shopping cart“
  • Now you will see a confirmation above the product´s picture
  • You are able to see the content and the total price of your shopping cart while continue shopping
  • Click “Edit shopping cart“ to see your basket and start your order.
  • In the shopping cart you get an overview of your product selection and can edit it.
  • If you have a voucher code, select "I have a voucher" and enter the code in the appropriate box. With a click on the arrow the voucher is activated!
  • Now you can proceed to checkout, or choose the PayPal Express Checkout.

Based on your delivery address, shipping method and shipping costs are automatically determined by the system.

How to place an order

Our order process is divided into five simple steps and takes no longer than 2 minutes. Please place your products in the shopping cart and then click on the button "Proceed to checkout".

1. Registration / Login

In the login area, you decide whether you want to register with us in the shop or not. If you register you benefit from the following options:

  • Faster payment process with the next purchase
  • View the status of ongoing orders
  • View the order history
  • Manage your customer data
  • Create a wish list
  • Enable news about your favorite labels
  • Change your password
  • Change billing address
  • Save different delivery addresses

Once you have registered with us, you can always log in with your e-mail address and password and complete your purchase. If you want to register as a guest, please fill in the required fields and click on "Continue".

2. Choose payment method

Via PayPal Plus you have the options to pay with PayPal (with account), EC direct debit or VISA / MasterCard (without account). Further options are KLARNA and VISA, MasterCard, American Express and JCB via PayEngine.

  • PayPal: With the online payment service PayPal, you can easily pay quickly and securely. Once you have a PayPal account, you only pay with two clicks with your e-mail address and password. Your bank and credit card details are securely deposited with PayPal and do not need to be sent again when you make your purchase. For more information, visit www.paypal.com.
  • EC direct debit: For the EC direct debit procedure via our payment provider PayPal you register once with an encrypted connection with your bank account. After successful authentication, you will receive an email from PayPal confirming your registration. You do not need a PayPal account for this process and can use the direct debit system via PayPal after successful registration.   • VISA / MasterCard with PayPal Plus: You do not need a PayPal account to pay via VISA or MasterCard via PayPal. After successful authentication, PayPal will send you a payment and order confirmation via email. More information can be found here: www.paypal.com.
  • KLARNA: With Sofort.überweisung, you can easily and conveniently pay with your trusted online banking data. They are by KLARNA. Forwarded to the payment portal of your bank and use the secure SSL encryption your familiar online banking PIN and TAN procedure. 3. Order overview

Before you checkout you have an overview of your personal details:

  • Please check your billing and delivery address. (Is the house number correct? Is the company name or the name on the bell missing?)
  • By clicking on "Change address" you have the opportunity to correct your address information.
  • Before the checkout you can also change the payment method here.
  • Please confirm the terms and conditions and the cancellation policy
  • start your order by clicking on "Complete payment"

4. Payment process

In the next step you will be redirected to the website of the selected payment provider via an encrypted connection.

  • please follow the instructions and enter your payment information
  • the security of your data has the highest priority for us and our partner companies
  • all data is processed via an encrypted connection
  • the "two-factor authentication" ensures more security in online shopping
  • the 3D Secure procedure is mandatory for payments by credit card

  • please contact your bank if a transaction is not possible.

5. Order confirmation

After you successfully completed your order, you will receive an email with a confirmation. If not, please contact us (onlinestore@mientus.com). Please check your spam file, too.


 

Return and exchange policy

EU consumers have a 14-day withdrawal. If you want to return the ordered goods then you can send them back to us within 14 days.

  • please register your withdrawal via e-mail at retoure@mientus.com or use the withdrawal form
  • tell us your order number and name, as well as the items you want to return
  • we will process your request as soon as possible and send you all further information regarding your return
  • for returns within Germany we send you a cost-free DHL return label
  • for orders from other countries inside the EU please return the goods at your own expense with a shipping service of your choice within 14 days to the following address:

Requirement for the refund

  • the products you return must be in a new, unused and unworn condition with all the original packaging
  • our mientus seal and special spare parts, as well as product packaging (such as buttons, shoe box, etc.) must be intact
  • garment tags must still be attached on all returned items
  • proper and safe repackaging of the parcel before shipment is a prerequisite for the acceptance of your return

 

Refund & Exchange

  • as soon as your return has arrived, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us
  • after we have checked your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 7 business days.
